Has anyone else hit a wall trying to upgrade to Windows 11? My PC meets the CPU ?

You could also try a clean install from a USB, as the installer sometimes bypasses some of those hardware checks.

Another option is to add more RAM if your motherboard supports it, since 4GB is below the official minimum. Hope that helps.
