This happened to me. I had to switch from CSM/Legacy boot to UEFI mode first, then Secure Boot showed as properly enabled for the check.

Yeah, and after switching to UEFI, did you also have to clear your TPM in the security settings?

Can confirm. Agreed, clearing the TPM can definitely help. Also, try disabling Secure Boot, saving and exiting the BIOS, then going right back in to re-enable it—that can sometimes force it to be recognized.

Can confirm. Yeah, that re-enable trick is solid. Also, double-check if your disk partition style is GPT and not MBR, as that can block it too.
