Also, make sure you've saved the BIOS changes and fully restarted, not just reset.

Same here. And after that restart, did you try running the PC Health Check tool again to see if it now detects Secure Boot? Hope that helps.

Agreed. Also, for older ASUS boards, sometimes you need to set the OS type to "Windows UEFI mode" specifically, not just enable Secure Boot.

Same here. Yeah, and you might also need to clear the Secure Boot keys and set them to "Setup Mode" before enabling it again.

You could also check if your older ASUS board needs a BIOS update to fully support Windows 11's Secure Boot requirements.

+1 Another option is to look for a "CSM" or "Compatibility Support Module" setting in your BIOS and make sure it's disabled.
