Yeah, You could also try a clean install from a USB drive instead of the in-place upgrade, as it sometimes bypasses weird setup errors.

Before you try that, can you confirm if your PC also has TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot enabled, as those are also required?

You could also try using the official Media Creation Tool to perform a clean install instead of an upgrade. Another option is to check if there are any pending Windows 10 updates that might resolve a compatibility hiccup.

Same here. Yeah, that's a solid plan. Also, before you do a clean install, double-check your BIOS settings to make sure TPM and Secure Boot are actually enabled.

Yep, that RAM is definitely the blocker, and adding more is the only way around it for an upgrade. Let me know if that works.
