I had the same problem. For me, the fix was shrinking my Windows partition from within Windows Disk Management to give it more clear free space before running the upgrade.

Yeah, You could also try running the Windows 11 Installation Assistant instead of the Media Creation Tool, as it sometimes handles complex drives better. Another option is to temporarily disconnect or disable the Linux drive in your BIOS before the upgrade.

+1 disable the Linux partition in Disk Management before running the upgrade, then re-enable it after.
