I had the same problem. After enabling PTT, I also had to go into the security settings and clear the TPM, then the check finally passed.

Agreed. Just to be sure, did you also check if Secure Boot is enabled in the BIOS after you set PTT? Hope that helps.

Yeah, and while you're in there, could you also check what the TPM status says under the Security or TPM section itself?

You could also try clearing the TPM from that same BIOS menu, then re-enabling it to see if the Health Check app recognizes it.
