Same here. I had the same problem. The Installation Assistant trick worked for me, but just a heads up, you might lose official support for future updates.

+1 You could also try using the Media Creation Tool to do a clean install, but that will wipe your drive.

You could also try using the official Media Creation Tool to perform a clean install, which sometimes bypasses upgrade blockers.

+1 Yeah, and just to add, double-check that TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot are enabled in your BIOS, as that's a common blocker even with a compatible CPU. Good luck!
