This. Also, just to double-check, is your motherboard's firmware fully updated? Sometimes that's the missing piece.

Can confirm. Yeah, and after you update the BIOS, did you also make sure to clear the TPM in its settings?

You could also try using the Windows 11 Installation Assistant directly from Microsoft's website, as it sometimes bypasses the checker's hiccups.
