Yeah, Agreed, and one more thing—double-check that Secure Boot is enabled in your BIOS too, since that’s a common snag. Let me know if that works.

Also, what's your CPU? The 1060 is fine, but the processor needs to be on Microsoft's supported list.

Agreed. I had the same problem. For me, it was my older CPU that wasn't on the list, even though I had TPM sorted. Let me know if that works.
