Also, is TPM 2.0 showing as enabled in the PC Health Check app?

Can confirm. I had the same problem with my old i5. The PC Health Check app was useless for actually telling me what was wrong. Hope that helps.

Yeah, did you ever check if TPM 2.0 is enabled in your BIOS? That's usually the culprit.

Agreed, that's almost always it. A quick tip: if you enable it and still get the error, try clearing your TPM from the same BIOS menu.

Yeah, that's the fix. Also, double-check Secure Boot is enabled in your BIOS—it's a separate setting that can trip you up too. Hope that helps.

Yeah, I had the same problem with my i5-7600K. I had to manually enable TPM 2.0 in the BIOS before the installer would stop complaining.

Can confirm. Agreed, that was the key for me too. One extra tip: after you enable it, you might need to also turn on Secure Boot in the same BIOS menu.

Yeah, and if Secure Boot is grayed out, you might need to switch your BIOS from Legacy/CSM to UEFI mode first. Hope that helps.

Agreed, and don't forget to save your BIOS changes before exiting—that one gets me every time.

Oh, and did you check if TPM 2.0 is actually enabled in your BIOS?
