+1 Yeah, that worked for me too. A quick extra tip: make sure you're signed into the Microsoft account that was linked to your old Windows 10 license. Hope that helps.

You could also try using the Activation troubleshooter again, but choose the "I changed hardware on this device recently" option this time.
