Oh man, that sounds super frustrating, especially when your PC should be compatible. That error can often point to driver or system file issues. I'd be happy to walk you through a few steps to try and fix it or get you safely back to Windows 10. Just let me know if you want to give them a shot!

This happened to me. A partial upgrade left my system unstable until I did a clean install from a USB drive. Let me know if that works.
Has anyone else gotten constant blue screens after trying to upgrade from Window?

Has anyone else gotten constant blue screens after trying to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11? My PC meets the requirements, but the install fails and now I get random BSODs even during normal use. The main error code I see is **CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED**. I’ve tried the Windows Update Troubleshooter but it didn’t help. Any ideas on how to fix this or safely roll back?

Agreed. Have you tried checking for any pending driver updates, especially for your storage or chipset?

Can confirm. You could also try running the System File Checker tool by opening Command Prompt as admin and typing "sfc /scannow".

Same here. You could also try a clean install of Windows 11 from a USB drive, as the upgrade files might be corrupted.

Can confirm. This happened to me. For me, it turned out to be a driver from my old antivirus that didn't play nice with Windows 11.

+1 Yeah, and after that, maybe run "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" in an admin command prompt to check the Windows image itself. Hope that helps.

This. Agreed, that DISM step is a good call. Also, if you have a spare USB, creating a fresh Windows 11 installer and doing a repair upgrade can often fix stubborn issues like this.

Yeah, Before you do that, can you check if your drive is healthy? A failing SSD can cause that exact error.
