Same here. Did you upgrade using the official Windows Update or the Installation Assistant?

Yeah, You could also try the slmgr /rearm command in an admin Command Prompt, that sometimes kicks things back into gear. Let me know if that works.

Not 100% sure, but Yeah, that error can pop up after an upgrade sometimes. Try running the Activation troubleshooter again, but this time choose the "I changed hardware on this device recently" option—that often fixes it for upgrades.

Has anyone else had activation issues after upgrading to Windows 11? My Windows 10 license was genuine and activated, but now I'm getting a "Windows is not activated" watermark and error 0xC004F213 in Settings. The activation troubleshooter just says it can't activate right now. I upgraded through the official Windows Update, so I'm confused why this happened. Any help getting this sorted would be appreciated.

+1 Yeah, that error's a common headache after the upgrade. A quick tip: try running the Activation troubleshooter again, but make sure you're logged in with the same Microsoft account you used on Windows 10. Hope that helps.

This. Agreed, and also double-check that your internet connection is stable when you run it—sometimes it just needs a solid reconnection to verify. Good luck!

Yeah, that fix usually does the trick. A quick reboot after running it can help settle everything in too.

Can confirm. This happened to me. I fixed it by signing out of my Microsoft account in the activation settings, rebooting, and signing back in.
