Yeah this is common. I had this issue on my laptop last year. From what I've seen, that error often means a system file got corrupted during the failed upgrade. I'd try running "sfc /scannow" from an admin command prompt first—it fixed mine. Let me know if that works.
Has anyone else gotten constant blue screens after trying to upgrade from Window?

Has anyone else gotten constant blue screens after trying to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11? My PC meets the requirements, but the install fails and now I get random BSODs even during normal use. The main error code I see is **CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED**. I’ve tried running the Windows Update troubleshooter, but it didn’t help. Any ideas on how to fix this without a full reset?

Have you tried checking for any pending driver updates, especially for your storage controller?

This. You could also try a clean install of Windows 11 using the Media Creation Tool, skipping the upgrade entirely.

I had the same problem. A clean install with the Media Creation Tool was the only thing that finally fixed it for me.

This happened to me too. Rolling back the update and running a system file check stopped the crashes for me.

Can confirm. You could also try a clean install of Windows 11 from a USB drive, as that often bypasses upgrade-related file corruption.

You could also check your drive health with a tool like CrystalDiskInfo, since failing storage can trigger that exact error.
