Have you also verified that your disk is using the GPT partition style and not MBR? Good luck!

Also, have you tried booting into safe mode to see if it's a driver conflict? Let me know if that works.

Agreed. This happened to me. I had to enable it and then also clear the TPM in the security settings before the checker would see it properly.
