I had the same problem. For me, updating my ASUS motherboard BIOS to the latest version finally got the PC Health Check app to recognize Secure Boot.

Yeah, I had the same problem with an older i5. I used the registry edit method to bypass the check and it's been running fine for months.

You could also try creating a fresh Windows 11 installation USB using the Media Creation Tool and doing a clean install instead. Good luck!
