Same here. You could also go into your BIOS and look for a setting like "AMD fTPM" to enable the built-in TPM support.

Also, make sure it's set to "Enabled" and not just "Discrete TPM" if you see that option.

Also, could you check if Secure Boot is enabled in the BIOS? That’s another common requirement that sometimes gets missed.
