Agreed. This happened to me. I had to go into the BIOS and switch from CSM/Legacy to UEFI mode first, and then the Secure Boot option became available. Hope that helps.

This happened to me. The big one for me was DirectStorage, it made load times in newer games way faster.

You could also try temporarily disabling your antivirus, as it sometimes blocks these installers. Another option is to manually download the latest versions from Microsoft's site instead of using the game's bundled installers.
