Had the same problem. Oh, that INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE error is a real pain, but don't worry, your files are likely still safe. Same here. I had the same problem with my 6700k. I ended up using a different bypass tool and it installed, but the performance was so sluggish I rolled back to Win 10.
