Same here. I actually found a registry tweak that forces a deeper black, and it’s been much easier on my eyes at night.

You could also try running the Windows 11 Installation Assistant directly from within Windows 10, as it sometimes handles upgrades better than the Media Creation Tool.

Yeah, that's solid advice. Also, if a restart doesn't stick, running the System File Checker with 'sfc /scannow' in Command Prompt can sometimes clear up the glitch.
