Yeah, that's solid advice. One more thing: sometimes just right-clicking the album in the library and selecting "Find album info" can force it to search again.

Agreed, that usually does the trick. Also, if you're on a newer Windows version, double-check that the "Get album info from the internet" option is still enabled in the privacy settings. Hope that helps.

Can confirm. I had the same problem. It finally started working again for me after I went into the privacy settings and re-checked that box for getting media info online.
