+1 Yeah, and after that, maybe run "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" in an admin command prompt to check the Windows image itself. Hope that helps.

Yeah, Before you do that, can you check if your drive is healthy? A failing SSD can cause that exact error.
