Yeah, that's a solid suggestion. Sometimes a BIOS update will even reset those settings, letting you toggle them on fresh.

You could also check if there's a specific setting in your BIOS, like an "OS Type" or "Windows Features" menu, that needs to be changed to "Windows 10/11" to unlock those options.

This happened to me. I had to update my motherboard's BIOS to a newer version before the TPM and Secure Boot options even became available to enable.

Agreed. Yeah, that was the fix for me too. One extra tip: after the BIOS update, you might need to load optimized defaults before the new settings will show up properly.
