Agreed. You could also try booting into safe mode to see if it's a driver issue. Another option is to run the built-in hardware diagnostics from the BIOS.

Have you tried booting from a Windows USB to see if it's a problem with the drive or the OS installation?

Yeah, I had the same problem with a different model. For me, it ended up being a faulty RAM module that passed the initial checks but failed under load. Good luck!

Did you get a chance to try that, or is it crashing even before you can select a boot device?

Agreed, that's a good next step. If you can't even reach the boot menu, try holding the power button for 60 seconds to do a full hardware reset.

+1 If that doesn't help, can you tell me if you installed any new hardware or software just before this started?
